Eligibility

This warranty applies only to purchases with a total value of AUD $750 or more. Purchases below this amount may be subject to a shorter warranty period or different support terms.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase and applies only to the original buyer.

What This Warranty Includes

During the warranty period, we provide online technical support as the primary form of warranty service. This includes assistance with hardware faults, software issues (such as drivers, operating system problems, or configuration errors), general diagnostics, and troubleshooting via text, voice, or video communication.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers faults that were present at the time of sale or that occur through normal use. It also includes support for software-related problems and non-deliberate user errors, such as incorrect settings or accidental misconfiguration, where reasonable assistance can restore functionality.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover deliberate or intentional damage, including physical abuse, impact damage, liquid damage, fire or environmental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, electrical damage caused by unsafe power conditions, or normal wear and tear over time.

Online Support First

All warranty claims must begin with online troubleshooting. Many issues can be resolved remotely without requiring the system or component to be returned, and online support remains the default warranty service.

Physical Repairs or Returns

If a PC or component needs to be returned for inspection or repair, postage and shipping costs are not covered under this warranty. The buyer is responsible for secure packaging, shipping costs, and any damage or loss that occurs during transit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Faults

Accidental user-caused issues, such as incorrect software changes or configuration mistakes, are covered through online support. If an issue is determined to be caused by deliberate damage or misuse, the warranty for that issue will be void.

No Automatic Replacement or Refund

This warranty does not guarantee an automatic refund, replacement, or upgrade. Any repair, replacement, or refund is assessed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for data loss, loss of income, downtime, or indirect or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. Liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Those rights are not excluded or limited where required by law.
